Tips to prepare for online submission of your artwork

Prepare a document from which you can copy or reference the information for each artwork being submitted as follows: 

Mandatory information

• Artwork Title
• Artwork Size in inches
• Artwork Value (for insurance and selling purposes)
• Artwork Labels with the followin convention: ArtworkNumber_Lastname.jpg

For example:

• 01_Smith.jpg (for artwork 1)
• 02_Smith.jpg (for artwork 2)

Optional Information (used to promote your artwork)

• Artwork Description
• Instagram Profile 
• Facebook Profile 
• Website in the format: https;//mywebsite.com
