TIPS TO PREPARE FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION OF YOUR ARTWORK
For best user experience please register on your ipad, tablet or desktop.
Prepare a document from which you can copy or reference the information for each artwork being submitted as follows:
Mandatory information
- Artwork Title
- Artwork Size in inches (height x width)
- Artwork Value (for insurance and selling purposes)
- Artwork Labels with the following convention: ArtworkNumber_Lastname.jpg
For example:
- 01_Smith.jpg (for artwork 1)
- 02_Smith.jpg (for artwork 2)
Optional Information (used to promote your artwork)
- Artwork Description
- Instagram Profile
- Facebook Profile
- Website in the format: https;//mywebsite.com
Should your artwork feature recognizable individuals, the County of Wellington requires the completion of the Artwork, Photo, Video and Audio Consent Form. This is a mandatory legal requirement by the Wellington County Museum.
If you think you require this form, please contact insights@elorafergusartscouncil.ca. The completed form can be emailed to insights@elorafergusartscouncil.ca or dropped off with your artwork.
